We are Erick and Matt, friends, husbands and partners for this creative outlet. I (Erick) have worked in digital graphics since 2000. As a freelance illustrator and animator I went through it all, flash, fireworks, blender, photoshop, illustrator, affinity, after effects, final cut, motion, affinity and now 3d printed stuff. Joined forces with a writer with a twisted love for H.P. Lovecraft and tentacle-y insanity of Cthulhu decided to join forces and open their own business. This is how the Eldritch Gift Shop is born.

All art is created by me, I know that we have AI today but after 20 plus year of learning this skills made me appreciate my skills. I’m not against AI because it has it’s uses, but personally I invested many years learning, and practicing this skills just to stop using them, just like that, and just let a machine do it for me, is not easy. Once you know how to do something is not easy to give up that skill. I do this because I enjoy it.
