Eldritch Gift Shop is operated by SandNewt Ventures LLC in Reno, Nevada. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
When you place an order: your name, email address, shipping address, billing address, and phone number if you provide one. We need these to make and deliver your order.
When you contact us: whatever you put in the form or email, including your name, email, and message.
Automatically: your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you visit on our site. This comes from standard web server logs and cookies.
What we do not collect
We never see or store your full payment card details. Card payments are processed directly by our payment providers, who handle that information under their own security standards. We receive only confirmation that a payment succeeded and the last four digits of the card.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with the companies that make your order happen:
- Printify and their print providers, who manufacture and ship your items. They receive your name and shipping address.
- Payment processors, who handle the transaction.
- Shipping carriers, who deliver the package.
- Our website host and email provider, as part of running the site.
We may also disclose information when legally required to do so.
Cookies
Our site uses cookies to keep your shopping cart working, remember your preferences, and understand how people use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though the cart may stop working correctly if you do.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we need them for tax, accounting, and customer service purposes, generally seven years. Contact form messages are kept until they’re no longer useful.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it if it’s wrong, or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR. We’ll honor these requests regardless of where you live.
Email merch@eldritchgiftshop.com with your request and your order number if you have one. We’ll respond within 30 days. Note that we may need to keep some order records even after a deletion request, where tax law requires it.
Children
Our store is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.
Security
Our site uses HTTPS encryption. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect what we hold.
Changes
If we update this policy, we’ll change the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on the site.
